Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Digital Dynamics SAS (“KlipGo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the KlipGo platform, website and related services (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The Service is operated by Viral Digital Dynamics SAS, a company registered in France with its registered office at 8 Rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75380 Paris cedex 08, France. For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at any time through the contact form on this site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — such as your name and email address when you sign up or sign in with email or Google.
  • Content you create — the scripts, prompts, character descriptions and other inputs you submit, and the media generated from them.
  • Payment information — when you buy credits, our third-party payment processor handles your card details. We receive limited transaction data (such as amount and status) but not your full card number.
  • Communications — the name, email address and message you send us through the contact form or other correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information;
  • usage data about how you interact with the Service;
  • essential cookies and similar technologies needed to sign you in and keep the Service secure;
  • with your consent only — product-analytics data about how you use the app (pages viewed, features used, whether a generation succeeded or failed), and session recordings of your screen with all form fields masked. We never record the billing or account pages. You can refuse this, or change your mind later, at any time (see section 12).

3. How we use your information

  • to provide, operate and maintain the Service and generate the content you request;
  • to authenticate you and secure your account;
  • to process payments and manage your credit balance;
  • to respond to your messages and provide support;
  • to monitor, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security risks;
  • to improve and develop the Service; and
  • to comply with our legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To generate content, the scripts, prompts and other inputs you submit are processed by artificial-intelligence models, some of which are operated by third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We share with these providers only what is necessary to generate your requested output. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to identify or profile you for advertising.

5. Legal bases for processing

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for.
  • Consent — where you have given it, for example for optional communications; you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain and improve the Service and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with the law.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers (processors) — hosting and infrastructure, AI model providers, our payment processor, our email-delivery provider, and our product-analytics provider, who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Third-party platforms — where you choose to publish or connect to them (such as YouTube), and only as you direct.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. International data transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In particular, our product-analytics provider stores data in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data through the contact form.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in France, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

11. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones sign you in, remember your session and keep the Service secure; they cannot be switched off. Measurement ones help us understand how the app is used so we can improve it — these are set only if you agree, and never before.

We ask for your choice the first time you visit the app, and you can change it at any time from Account → Privacy. Refusing costs you nothing: the Service works exactly the same.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Please review it periodically.

14. How to contact us

For any question about this Policy or your personal data, please reach us through the contact form.
